Knott's Berry Farm out here in Cali originally started off as a literal berry farm. The berries were so good that there were long lines, so Mrs. Knott's eventually made a ghost town to pass the time while people waited for the berries. It eventually expanded to a full theme park with rides, snoopy and all.

very cool, but i dont know what we'd grow to attract people, i dont think berries would do well out there unless in greenhouses, but we could totally do a botanical garden/aviary/butterfly house stuff
