I think for longterm plan when we move into the town we need to look at wind movement data and possibly plan out windbreaks.

Can help to lower energy costs as well as improve the micro-climate in town. Along with other small Xeriscaping and other factors, this could adjust the temperature of the town in summer and winter to be several degrees colder and warmer to make it more comfortable. As well as it follows the plan to have a dense inner town area I believe.
