Cost of one place - 2000$
Total 500 seats, the first lives in the house, the rest lives outside in the tents.
$ 200k for the remaining materials are purchased and built housing throughout the city and the first time, there is infrastructure.

Features:

*Free internets to all inhabitants
*Who does not work - becomes a trap and handed to passing for a penny in an underground brothel in anal bondage

All we need - it's 500 anons (or 1-2 with enough money) and a couple of lawyers to drop the price to a minimum and generally crank out a deal.

If anyone has a tablet (mine broke), I'll starting drafting us up a seal on paper, and I'll upload it here for digitizing.
